Marlene Gray (Owner)
Marlene is born and raised near Lethbridge Alberta. She has been teaching Pilates in the heart of downtown Penticton since 2004. Her experience in fitness instruction is extensive and includes teaching swimming, aerobics, step, kickboxing, and personal weight training and has been doing all of this in the community of Penticton since 1993. She has built a strong trusted reputation over the years and a relationship with the Physiotherapy, medical, massage and chiropractic community and receives many referrals from them including the neurology physio department at the hospital.
In the early 2000s when Marlene was rehabbing of running injury, she noticed a gap between the Physio clinics and the gym. A lot of people, including herself, were unable to go to the gym due to injury or were looking for something different that could provide strengthening and flexibility, yet also work on alignment. This is when she found her passion for Pilates.
Marlene is currently doing private one-to-one or semi private. Her specialty is rehab, pelvic floor, and gait/posture analysis. She is a firm believer it is never too late: to re pattern your muscles, to improve your movement or to decrease pain levels. She knows that movement is medicine.
