Marlene Gray (Owner)
Marlene was born and raised near Lethbridge, Alberta. She moved to Penticton in 1993 and has been in Penticton's fitness industry for over 25 years. Marlene has been a certified lifeguard, personal trainer, and fitness instructor over the years in the community. She loves running and completed her first marathon in 1998. While rehabilitating a running injury, she found Pilates and knew she had found her passion. Marlene has developed a strong and trusting relationship with the medical and physio community to aid in and bridge the gap in the rehabilitation of pelvic floor and lumbar stabilization. Marlene’s training has been thru the STOTT PILATES® Vancouver and Portland training facilities

Mariah Gray
Mariah has been born and raised in Penticton. She is a young, vibrant STOTT PILATES® instructor who took to teaching Pilates very naturally. Mariah danced for 14 years with the Penticton School of Dance and Okanagan School of Dance. She danced ballet all 14 years plus jazz, hip hop, lyrical and modern. Pilates was always part of her routine, whether she was at the dance studio or at home. (After all she grew up with a reformer in the basement).
