Marlene Gray (Owner)
Marlene was born and raised near Lethbridge, Alberta. She moved to Penticton in 1993 and has been in Penticton's fitness industry for over 25 years. Marlene has been a certified lifeguard, personal trainer, and fitness instructor over the years in the community. She loves running and completed her first marathon in 1998. While rehabilitating a running injury, she found Pilates and knew she had found her passion. Marlene has developed a strong and trusting relationship with the medical and physio community to aid in and bridge the gap in the rehabilitation of pelvic floor and lumbar stabilization. Marlene’s training has been thru the STOTT Pilates Vancouver and Portland training facilities

Mary-Jeanne Tremblay (MJ)
Mary-Jeanne Tremblay, also known as MJ, was born and raised in Saskatchewan. She moved to Penticton in 1994. MJ has 32yrs experience facilitating fitness classes and has lived an active lifestyle that included aerobics, weight training, yoga, volleyball, skiing, kayaking, hiking and travel. MJ stumbled upon Pilates while looking for a way to rehabilitate a knee injury and was instantly hooked. She balances a full time nursing career with a part time Pilate’s practise.

MJ has had experience working alongside a physiotherapist to assist client’s in their rehabilitation goals. She combines knowledge and experience with a bright smile, positive energy and heart to her teaching style.
Originally from England, Gwyneth began her healthcare-oriented career there as a Registered Nurse before moving to Canada. She went on to earn her original RMT credentials in Ontario, recertifying in BC when she moved to Penticton in 2016. She has successfully run personal training and massage therapy practices for a number of years. Being keen to enhance and promote the well-being of her clients using a variety of professional assessment and treatment techniques, she is now energetically pursuing certification in the Stott Pilates program as a Student Instructor-in-Training.
